it’s not only one of the best antioxidants but it’s what keeps me playing at my age at a very high level. It’s an all-natural immune system builder and helps to give me that extra endurance and strength that I need. It also helps to reduce joint and muscle soreness that is crucial in any athletes regiment.
I am fortunate enough to make a living at playing a sport I love and want to continue to do so for as long as I can.
I love doing a plyo workout on the track. It gets my heart rate up and tests my endurance.
I played indoor volleyball for our USA Team and competed in the 1996 and 2000 Olympics. My goal is to play in the 2016 Olympics for Beach Volleyball.
Last season I was voted BEST DEFENDER on the AVP Tour.
