my races. I want to ensure I arrive at race day in the best shape I can be. Every day I take inspiration from different people to ensure I get the best out of every session.

I have worked as a Sport Event Director for 8 years whilst competing as an AG triathlete. This included working for 4 years at the ITU Hyde Park Triathlon event including the 2012 London Olympic Games. I won the IM 70.3 Age Group World Championships as fastest female amateur.
