I surf every day so I need the protection from the sun and the muscle recovery is important because being only 9 years old I have to paddle extra hard to compete for the waves.
I love just being in the ocean, whether it’s on a shortboard, longboard, bodyboard, SUP or just diving, I need my daily dose of Vitamin Sea. I like surfing in competitions too because it makes me push myself to the limits. And of course, my Mom and Dad
I just started a nightly routine of push up’s, squats and sit up’s, but surfing is still the best workout
I am in 4th grade and have learned to balance surfing and school really well. In surfing I have six 1st place wins, and in school I have perfect attendance for the last 3 years, am on the Leadership Council and have received several awards
I started surfing when I was 6 yrs old and Banyan’s on the Big Island is my home break. I taught myself how to surf and big wave power surfing is my favorite, so the uncle’s that hang out at Banyan’s gave me the nickname Mad Max and it’s kind of stuck with me since then
